All of Moses Chikoti's exquisite and one-of-a-kind products are individually sourced from Africa. All our products are made by hand. There may be occasional small delays if we’re handling large orders. But rest assured, we promise to do everything in our power to get your products to you on time and exceed your expectations.
We value giving you the finest products so that you stand out and experience the best that Africa has to offer.
We ship globally. We aim to ship all orders within 48 hours of receiving your order. If there is any delay to your shipment you will be notified as soon as possible. Our shipping days are Monday to Friday.
Shipping and delivery is via courier service which is very reliable and allows you to track your shipment online. Once the shipment is sent we will send you your tracking number.
Standard Shipping can take up to a maximum of 6 weeks. Expedited shipping is normally 6-14 days, but can sometimes be up to 22 days depending on your location. If you need your items urgently be sure to sleect "expedited shipping" on checkout.
Due to current Covid-19 related flight challenges and backlogs, there may be unforeseen delays to your order that are beyond our control. Hopefully the situation will normalise globally soon.
We’ll send you an order confirmation email once your order and payment has been received. We’ll then send you a second email confirming completion and shipment of your order along with tracking information.
Shipping rates are calculated on checkout and vary depending on your location and the weight of the products purchased.
We are also not responsible for packages shipped to incorrect addresses, so please be sure to check your shipping address before submitting your order.
There may be associated taxes and/or duties due upon delivery, depending on your country of delivery. We cannot be held responsible for any customs delays or charges. All customs, duties, taxes and fees are your responsibility.
Moses Chikoti provides refunds only for defective products purchased directly from our website: https://moses-chikoti.myshopify.com. Moses Chikoti has the sole and exclusive right to determine if a product is defective. If a product is deemed by Moses Chikoti to be defective, Moses Chikoti will refund the purchase price to the credit card on file. Note that minor damage to packaging is not considered "defective."
How long do I have to request a refund?
You have fourteen (14) days from the date your product is delivered to request a refund. After that period, Moses Chikoti will not process a refund request.
How do I request a refund?
Please email email@example.com detailing your phone number and order number and we will reach out to you. Please have your the credit card you used to make your purchase handy when we call you.
How is my refund credited?
All refunds will be credited to the credit card you used to purchase the product. Note that we will require the product to be returned in order to issue a refund and will do so as soon as the product is received back by Moses Chikoti.
Shipping Charges refunds?
Unfortunately, we cannot refund shipping charges for shipping the product to you or for the return of the product.
